- WiSub AS (founder & CEO, 2011–2019) — conceived and drove the development of patented contactless (pinless) subsea connectors — wireless data and power through seawater — building the company from start-up to successful exit. Winner of multiple innovation awards including OTC Spotlight on New Technology (2015 and 2017) and Bergen’s Etablererprisen (2015). Delivered AUV and instrument docking solutions, including camera and lighting systems deployed on an Equinor underwater drone dock.
- Resident underwater vehicles — business development and delivery of docking systems for resident AUV/ROV/UID hybrids (Transmark Subsea, 2019–2023).
- Global ROV operations — scientific ROV work at 3,000 m+ for Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution, pre-lay survey and pipeline installation on Ormen Lange, subsea construction from the Saipem 7000, and submarine-rescue systems engineering for the US Navy.
